Happy National S'mores Day!
It's awesome to be able to have S'mores when you live in a country that doesn't allow campfires. Three ingredients is all it takes and the results are just as ooey-gooey!
I stored leftovers in the refrigerator and reheated the dip in the oven the next day.
- 12 ounces (340 g) semi sweet chocolate chips
- large marshmallows
- graham crackers
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 C).
Cover the bottom of an oven proof skillet or baking dish with the chocolate chips. Arrange the marshmallows over the top. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted. Use an oven mit to remove the skillet or baking dish. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Serve with graham crackers.
